GedSoft EasyKey is new control application for mulimedia keyboard BTC 57XXKER.

News:

27.11.1999 - Added function for exporting settings to reg file.

Short description:

  • 11 buttons for user's definition

  • Volume control (only waveOut, provisionally)

  • Control of WinAmp & Cowon Jet-Audio

  • Open and close CD-ROM

  • OSD - On Screen Display (Not best, but it worked)

  • Power Saving

  • Maximalize and minimalize active application

I began write it at the end of holidays 1999, basic idea from my brother. Original program, which is receivedat the same time as keyboard hasn't supported lunching more than 2 users defined application and seemed too much memory demanding - it tooks 4.9 MB of memory (executable file) + 870 KB to each application.

The main, executive part of my program is written in MASM32; thus it takes 126 KB of memory + library KeybHook.dll 24 KB to each application.

The rest of program (settings) is written in Visual Basic 6.0 - it takes 3.0 MB of memory.
